The product has been certified by SEMI S2. The RB100 series boasts a rich product lineup, including single-arm, dual-arm with end-flip options, and waterproof models. Paired with WFR's independently designed end-effectors, these robots are capable of reliable transfer of wafers of 300mm and below of various materials and thicknesses.
